working principle
Industrial oil filters can be mainly divided into vacuum type, pressure type, centrifugal type, adsorption type, membrane type, etc. according to different working principles and filtering media. This equipment adopts centrifugal technology, using high-speed rotating centrifugal force to separate the moisture and impurities in the lubricating oil according to density differences, and then discharge them through automatic or manual slag discharge devices.

2. Pre filtration: The pre 304 stainless steel filter barrel effectively prevents corrosion of various oil products, and can be matched with filter bags with different filtration accuracies to effectively extend the service life of the secondary filter element.
3. The imported dual filter element adopts a dual filter element design, which greatly improves the equipment's pollution capacity and filtration flow rate. The equipment can hold up to 6 kilograms of pollution and absorb 2 kilograms of water, with an absolute filtration accuracy of up to 3 μ m and a purification effect.
4. Easy maintenance: The filter element adopts a horizontal installation design, and the filter element can be replaced by opening the left sheet metal of the equipment. At the same time, the filter barrel adopts a standard quick installation chuck clamp design, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, and subsequent replacement of the filter element is more convenient.
